Your can order your repeat prescriptions in the following ways: PLEASE GIVE 72 HOURS NOTICE MINIMUM.

Your written request can be posted or dropped into reception (click here to download the form)

Collection of Prescriptions:

Repeat Prescriptions will be ready 72 hrs after the order has been placed.

Your prescription will be sent directly by healthmail from the practice to your pharmacy.
